1. How are you currently keeping employees feeling engaged with their work and the company?

No automatic systems, we rely on managers to do that with their teams with regular reviews.

We rely on our managers to do that but also use collaboration tools like Zoom or Teams.

We have different tools we use like surveys and online meetings but we don’t have a dedicated system for employee engagement.

Our HR system has tools for engaging employees and identifying individualised areas for improving employee experience.

2. How well do you understand whether IT investments, resources and services are meeting the needs of employees?

We don’t measure this at all.

We sometimes analyse feedback from things like internal support queries.

We have processes in place to monitor this (e.g. we ask about it in annual reviews).

We have an online system that analyses the employee experience of digital assets.

3. How do you assess the effectiveness of employee benefits?

We don’t have any automated system for checking what effect employee benefits have on our staff.

We discuss benefits as part of a verbal review and we have communication channels to allow staff to make suggestions regarding benefits and rewards.

Our current system captures details on benefit analysis, it focuses mainly on keeping track of benefits packages rather than analysing their effectiveness.

We have a fully integrated system that helps create, test and analyse the effectiveness of our benefits program.

4. Do you review your onboarding process?

No we don’t do any formal review of the onboarding process.

We have a questionnaire but nothing else.

We have a questionnaire and scheduled touchpoints with all employees during their onboarding.

We have detailed feedback functions integrated into all elements of the onboarding process.

5. How effective Is Your Exit Interview Feedback

We don’t collect any data from exit interviews.

We always fill in exit interview forms and share the information with managers.

We have a system that collects data from exit interviews and use this to analyse why people leave the company.
